Scott Blackburn is an English instructor and a 2017 graduate of the Mountainview MFA program. His debut novel, It Dies with You, was chosen as a summer read by Garden and Gun Magazine, and it was a finalist for the Crook’s Corner Book Prize. Scott is the editor of the short-story anthology, Fighting Words (Leonardo Audio), and he has also contributed to publications such as Crime Reads, Criminal Element, Mystery Tribune, and Shotgun Honey. He has been a featured speaker at conferences, universities, and young writer camps as well as being a guest host on writing podcasts.
Scott lives in High Point, North Carolina with his wife and two children.
